Meet the Team
With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Eleanor Heyrich is a top-producing broker who brings immeasurable value to her clients. Eleanor is known for her straight-forward approach, practical style, sharp negotiation skills, and creative marketing. She joined Realogics Sotheby's International Realty to connect clients of every price point with the world-class marketing, sage advice and concierge style client service that is synonymous with the Sotheby's brand.
Eleanor's own real estate investment activities gave rise to a need for a good general contractor. Unable to find one that met her unique needs during the economic downturn, she founded and ran the day-to-day operations of a successful general contracting company that specifically served people involved in real estate transactions. Her ability to ensure that every dollar her clients spent on improvement projects would protect or enhance their investments landed her a six episode arc on the national television show "Sell This House: Extreme" on A&E. Although she sold her company in 2013 to focus exclusively on her real estate career, she remains heavily connected to the local construction & remodeling industry as well as involved in the politics of zoning, planning, and development. Her clients find her technical expertise and incredible connections invaluable.
Prior to real estate, Eleanor earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from American University in Washington D.C. and achieved a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology before serving as an agent negotiating complex contracts for celebrities and well-known politicians.
Eleanor enjoys boating and is active in the community as an advocate for Seattle's youth.
